Weight lost this week: .6 pounds
Weight lost since October 2, 2012: 32.6 pounds
The first photo was taken at my highest weight. The second photo was taken on February 23, 2013. I still have quite a way to go, but I need to remember that even though I am not where I want to be that I have come a long way.
Are any of you still working on New Year's Resolutions? Continuing the weight loss and running were two of my resolutions and I am still working on both of them. Usually by this time of each New Year I have given up.
Why is it so easy to give up?
