I am a little whiney about my weight loss to this point, but I am ecstatic about my weight loss this week. I can (and have) gained four pounds which takes me four weeks to lose. There is no justice in this!! I may even beg to make people believe it isn't fair.
The running is not going well. I have tried talking myself out of running, but then I remember I have a goal, a wonderful sister to run with, and that it will just take me a little longer to reach those goals.
What do you do when the negative thoughts start taking over? How do you move forward with the weight loss?
