Weighing in Wednesday: I Love Food and Over Indulge

I have come to terms with my addiction to food.  I do not just eat it when I am hungry, in fact, I eat anytime.  I cannot remember the last time I felt full, but I am trying to once again train myself correct portions.

Last week my sister and I went out to eat with a good friend who was a college roommate.  I got a HUGE portion of chicken parmigiana and did something I had never done before.  I cut the portion in half and just ate one half. (The leftovers were actually good the next day!)

It is a sad fact that I can eat at a buffet, then get bored 80 minutes later, and eat again.  Why is it so easy to indulge in unhealthy foods?

Do any of you never feel full?  Are there any tricks that you can offer me?
