Counting Calorie Update

I did it!  I counted my calories for the first time in a LONG time today.  I have a calorie goal set at a little above 1250 calories a day, more if I exercise, and I went over the allotted amount. I am sure that I would have done much worse if I had not counted.  Who knew that a Tendercrisp Sandwich and the small combo would come to nearly 1200 calories by itself?

I also drank water today!  It tasted pretty bad, but I finally did it.  Some of you may think, "big whoop", but for me, it is a big deal!  I could use any encouragement you have to offer, or tips that have helped you to lose weight, or both.
