As many of you know, I am trying to lose weight by dieting and would love to start to workout when my knee is healed. I have tried Weight Watchers, SparkPeople.com, and a few other places, but lose motivation quickly. When I lose the motivation I stop eating healthy and stop exercising within days of each other. It would be great to be able to stay motivated without the help of others.
